Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage potential customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales and achieving company revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, motivation and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking ,social media and other sales strategies
Clearly communicate the feature and benefits of the company’s products and services to potential customer
Tailor sales presentations to address customer needs and preferences.
Negotiate terms, overcome objections and close sales deals to achieve individuals and team sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional services to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
Track and report on sales forecasts . Use CRM software to document interactions and manage the sales pipelines.
Work closely with marketing team, product development to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy
Share insights and best practices with other sales agents. Participate in sales training programs to improve skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Seek out professional development opportunities to enhance sales expertise and career growth.
Qualifications
Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and close sales deals.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Working Conditions:
May require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs.
Compensation
