Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Foreign exchange customer development and customer service.
  • Subdivide customers and provide different services for different types of customers.
  • Solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of trading.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in foreign exchange, securities, insurance, and fund industry is preferred.
  • Have strong industry knowledge, skilled in operating platforms and transactions.
  • Very detail-oriented and good communication skills.
  • The ability to actively solve problems
  • Strong resistance and learning ability
