We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Administrator

Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Record, update, enter and prepare all service-related reports / documentation and share them with the appropriate persons
• Liaise with the Warranty coordinator and the Warehouse supervisor to get needed items and information for service jobs to be done by the technicians and inform the technicians of same
• Update the Warranty Coordinator of all technician’s daily activities and share files of jobs done as timely as possible.
• Liaise with the Service manager and the Warranty Coordinator to get the schedule of service jobs and inform the technicians assigned to each job of same.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Applicant must be resident in Epe.
