Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate
    properties, including client relations, maintenance, and property
    inspections.
  • Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal
    regulations, including safety and zoning laws.
  • Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee
    property expenses.
  • Monitor real estate market trends to advise on
    potential acquisitions, sales, or property developments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote
    the company’s real estate portfolio, attracting prospective buyers,
    tenants, and investors.
  • Create and manage digital and traditional marketing
    campaigns, including social media, email, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing
    campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand real estate
    trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional
    strategies that support revenue goals.

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
    Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate management,
    with a strong understanding of property management practices.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing management,
    particularly in the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management
    abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple
    projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
