Responsibilities:

campaigns, including social media, email, print, and outdoor advertising. - Track and analyze the performance of marketing
campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. - Conduct market research to understand real estate
trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional
strategies that support revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate management,
with a strong understanding of property management practices. - Demonstrated success in marketing management,
particularly in the real estate sector. - Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management
abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple
projects, and meet deadlines. - Strong leadership and team management skills.
