Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support, manage tasksand handle customer inquiries. 
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detailand the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
Manage tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related field
Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
