Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, or market research; implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing excellent service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts trends to offer informed advice and recommendations.
- Communication & Negotiation: Effectively communicate product benefits while negotiating prices or terms that meet both company goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (automotive industry experience is beneficial but not required).
- Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts (beneficial but not always required)
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
