Java Construction is a leading firm in the construction industry, delivering high-quality projects with precision and efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee cost management, procurement, and financial planning for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and track project budgets and cost estimates.
Conduct risk assessments and provide cost-effective solutions.
Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs.
Provide financial reporting and forecasting throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure budget alignment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).
Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
