We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pharmacy Inventory Assistant
Location: CMD Road, Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receive, post, confirm and transfer products to our pharmacy outlets
Provide support in maintaining and tracking inventory stock level
Keeping track of inventory documentation/records
Assist to manage and monitor product expiration period
Periodic stock take reconciliation
Support in adequate storage of fast-moving products in the store
Assist and comply to inventory process from start to finish
Participate actively in all the stock taking process, providing adequate support in the process
Works closely with the Team Lead to ensure adequate stocking of relevant products, 0% lost sales and delivery of quality of health products
Responsible for proper packaging of products to outlets
Vetting goods physically before entry
Uphold the pharmacy goals and objectives
Perform any other tasks assigned by team lead
Qualifications
BA / B.Sc / HND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management Courses
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Attentive to details and a continuous improvement mindset
Candidates with proximity to CMD Road, Ketu, Ojota, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Ogudu are encouraged to apply.
