Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center environment an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
