First AllyTrust (formerly Personal Trust) is a Microfinance Bank in Lagos and a subsidiary of First Ally Capital Limited (FACL). The Bank was registered in 1993 and operated as a Mortgage Bank until its conversion to a Microfinance Bank in 2014. First Ally Trust has a branch network at strategic locations in Lagos State and provides banking services to individuals, micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSME).

Job Summary
The Teller is responsible for providing exceptional account transactions service to customers including efficient and accurate transaction processing.
The Teller provides efficient services while ensuring compliance with all operating and regulatory guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments
Excellent customer service interaction with both internal and external customers
Ensure prompt, error-free and control-driven cash activities
Cross selling and upselling of products and services including alternate banking channels
Maintaining across-the-counter customer interface thus enhancing customer confidence in the bank through timely processing of cash/checks transactions
Implements operations manual, procedure and processes
Ensures dual control practices in line with policies
Manage transaction risks by ensuring accuracy and integrity of instruments and information.
Ensure vault operations and Cash Handlings are diligently handled
Provide back-up services across the operations department
Ensure prompt, error-free and control-driven cash activities
Detection of fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
Maintenance of an adequate cash drawer at all times
Balance cash drawer and reconcile all discrepancies daily
Maintain all logs/records of transactions in line with the operations manual
Maintain an effective filing and retrieval system of all batched financial instrument
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality of customer information
Implements all other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Banking and finance or a relevant field
Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC
Experience:
Previous experience as a teller in a financial institution.
