Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment support, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process
Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide training and support to employees on HR-related matters
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
