We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisory & Corporate Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the company’s growth initiatives through strategic planning and market analysis
Execution of corporate development activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Law; or LLB preferred.
Licensed attorney with a
valid bar membership.
Familiarity with Infrastructure
Projects, Project Finance Law, Project Management and investment
regulation, and project finance transactions.
Strong communication and
negotiation skills, as well as solid
presentation skills.
Very Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to
efficiently gather, process, and analyse data provided
by Analyst
