Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Assist in entries of factory production (raw material & Finished goods stocks), petty cash,, and customer payment and supply entries (ledgers)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
