About the Program
Our QA Automation Training & Internship Program is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in software quality assurance and automation testing. This program provides hands-on experience, expert-led training, and real-world project exposure to develop the necessary skills to become a proficient QA Automation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions on software testing methodologies and automation tools.
Learn and apply industry best practices in test automation frameworks, scripting, and execution.
Assist in writing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and document defects, ensuring high-quality software releases.
Gain hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and Postman.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests within the development lifecycle.
Contribute to test planning, test case design, and test execution for various projects.
Analyze test results and generate reports to support development teams in debugging and resolving issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
