Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized HR / Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director to streamline HR processes, enhance organizational structure, and support executive functions.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong HR expertise, and strategic thinking to help drive efficiency and structure across the business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Process Development & Workforce Alignment:
Develop and implement structured HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure role clarity and efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to define clear job descriptions and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor employee performance and support the development of performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR documentation.
Manage employee records, and contracts.
Facilitate training sessions to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Business Structuring & Process Improvement:
Assist the MD in identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined processes across all departments.
Support the restructuring of business operations to ensure accountability and clarity in roles.
Develop workflow systems and SOPs to enhance coordination between teams.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination:
Act as the MD’s right-hand person, managing schedules and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making.
Conduct research and provide insights to help drive business growth.
Assist in managing internal communication to ensure alignment across the company.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years experience with an FMCG or in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
