Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive property sales by engaging clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales performance history, and experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients to promote property sales.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies.
Provide timely and accurate updates on sales performance to management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
