Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team.
This role involves diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures for musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
As an In-house Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be a permanent, full-time member of our team and fully integrated into our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures.
Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and trauma cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs in orthopedic care.
Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and treatment.
Ensure accurate documentation and comprehensive medical reporting.
Participate in hospital-wide strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

MBBS and relevant specialist qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery.
Minimum of 3+ years of post-specialization experience.
Must possess a valid license from the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council (NMDC).
Proven expertise in clinical surgery and patient management.
Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience in orthopedic research and innovative treatment approaches.
Familiarity with patient rights, cultural considerations, and relevant legislation.
