Job Summary
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes, ensuring that materials are accurately tracked, stored, and managed.
This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, optimizing stock levels, and supporting the production team to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials and finished products.
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering supplies to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
Analyze inventory reports and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding purchasing and production planning.
Work closely with the production, architects, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and support overall operational efficiency.
Ensure all inventory practices comply with company standards and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and cycle counts.
Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate records and streamline inventory processes.
Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices to promote a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
