Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional skills:
  • Experience with specific infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, water resources).
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
