Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage a Formidable Sales Team: Supervise, mentor and develop a team of 6 (a driver and field sales personnel).
- Sales: Drive sales and distribution in 10 designated areas in Lagos
- Market Development: Develop and implement strategies to make our products easily accessible to the food businesses (especially Shawarma Businesses, that rely on them, everyday) in your designated areas
- Achieve Growth Targets: Significantly increase revenues and meet sales goals in your assigned areas.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Neighborhood Sales Management experience (or equivalent).
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Sales Savvy: Strong knowledge of local markets, food service distribution, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members, distributors, and customers.
