Job Position: Operations Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: AutoMobile
Work Mode: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) & Saturday (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Officer to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our workshop, managing workflow, coordinating logistics and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate workflow of the workshop.
Coordinate logistics, including parts ordering and inventory management.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of workshop operation, including job cards, invoices and customer information.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with operations
Manager to implement processes and optimize workshop operations.

Requirements

B.Sc Degree in Engineering or any Technical related field.
2 years of experience in operations management or Admin role preferably in an automotive field.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
