Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mowe, Ogun State.
The successful candidates will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse groups of workers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
Manage performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Analyze HR data and provide insights for business improvement

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management
B.Sc / HND in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations)
Membership of a professional organization such as CIPM or its equivalent
Proven ability to manage diverse groups of workers
Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
