Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial analysis, project accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and compliance with statutory requirements, while providing leadership to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial and cash flow analysis; prepare monthly reports.
Maintain project accounting, including budget-to-actual statements.
Manage general ledger, payroll reporting, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and financial statements.
Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
Prepare budgets and ensure timely report submission.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
Monitor cash flow and manage company finances.
Assist with audits and annual financial statement preparation.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3 years in a senior managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
ICAN certification required.
Proficient in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks etc).
Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
