Job Summary
As the Digital Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across various online platforms.
This role holder is required to lead a team, optimize digital campaigns, and analyze performance data to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Demonstrating strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and messages in a compelling and engaging manner across various platforms and mediums.
Leading, mentoring, and managing the digital team to execute campaigns effectively.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging, brand-aligned digital content.
Demonstrating strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and messages in a compelling and engaging manner across various platforms and mediums.
Analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Managing and allocating the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
Optimizing website and content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
Working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align digital strategies with company objectives.
Staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative strategies.
Using customer insights to tailor digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimun of 5 years with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and campaign optimization.
Experience in managing and allocating digital marketing budgets
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Salary
N4,800,000 – N6,000,000 Annually.
