Job Summary
We are Seeking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) NOT a Sales & Marketing Manager.
The BDM will be responsible for driving growth, generating new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships for the real estate company.
The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate investments.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Develop strategic partnerships with property developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Identify and approach potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships.
Develop customized real estate solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Strengthen the company’s brand presence through digital marketing and social media engagement.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights into property investment opportunities and market conditions.
Financial & Performance Management:
Develop revenue forecasts and set achievable sales targets.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and investors.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
