Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Assist in leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Team Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
