Job Summary
As our Risk Manager you will be responsible in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential financial risks to ensure the stability and profitability of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks, as well as experience in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and assess various financial risks, including credit, market, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and recommend strategies for mitigation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial regulations and industry standards. Monitor and interpret changes in regulations and their potential impact on the business.
Lead the development and implementation of crisis management plans in case of significant financial disruptions, ensuring a rapid response to mitigate the impact on the organization.
Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to manage financial risks effectively and align with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
Minimum of minimum of 6 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Energy or Health care
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, credit risk, liquidity management, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
