Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the calendars of senior management team members, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as preparing itineraries and travel documents.
Correspondence: Prepare and send correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, on behalf of senior management team members.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and social functions.
Communication: Provide exceptional communication support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages.
Confidentiality:* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
