Job Summary

As our Customer Support, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and dispatching emergency medical calls and coordinating responses with appropriate medical personnel. This position involves handling incoming calls, prioritizing cases, dispatching first responders, providing psychological support, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. 

 Responsibilities

Receive and evaluate all incoming calls to determine the situation’s urgency and assign case priority. 
Use the technology platform to dispatch first responders to the scene of emergencies efficiently
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all calls, dispatch activities, and client records. 
Handle complaints or other concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction and uphold our reputation. 
Offer psychological and emotional support to patients, their families, and friends during emergencies. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a fast-paced customer service role is required.
Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. 
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000
