Sales People Nig Ltd is a leading real estate firm in Abuja, committed to delivering quality housing projects and infrastructure development. We are expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our team of experts in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
Design, plan, and implement building and infrastructure solutions.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare engineering reports, plans, and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.
Knowledge of structural designs is required.
COREN certification is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
