Job Position: Assistant Human Resources (HR) Manager (Manufacturing)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the client’s objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Handle HR reporting, documentation, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
