Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security hardware industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Educate clients on the benefits and technical specifications of CCTV cameras, facial recognition systems, and NVR solutions.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Proposal & Quotation Development: Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new security technologies.
- Collaboration with Technical Team: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and installation.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware, security solutions, or tech products.
- Strong understanding of CCTV surveillance systems, facial recognition technology, and NVR solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
