We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telecom Project Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Description

Oversee and coordinate telecom projects related to decommissioning, installing, and integrating Transmission and RBS elements.
Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and support on active network elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Coordinate field teams, ensuring proper execution of site activities, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in telecom projects, with hands-on experience in decommissioning, installing and integrating Transmission and RBS elements.
Understanding of active network elements decommissioning, installation, and integration.
Conversant with 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies
Conversant with telecom transmission and Radio Components.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, active network components, transmission systems, and RBS technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
PMP, PRINCE2, or telecom-related certifications are an added advantage.
Must reside in Lagos and its environs
Must be willing to resume immediately.
