Our client, an innovative real estate organisation, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal role holder will be responsible for the development and increasing sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent sales management experience for clients
Proactively drive sales planning, forecasting and sales and customer service management Develop and maintain relationships with buyers until sale is fully completed.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
Ensure strict adherence to company’s operational standard
Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
Participate in the company’s annual goal setting and budgeting process, by providing the requisite information, market intelligence, data and insight required for the process
Liaising with Marketing team to organize PR events
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
Must be conversant with challenges associated with Real Estate industry
Ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner
An inquiring mindset seeking innovative ways to deliver without compromising quality
Networking and influencing skills

Experience in managing high end clients

Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary
N60,000 / Month and Incentives
