Key Responsibilities
As an ORM, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online perception of our brand.
Monitor online conversations, reviews, and mentions of our brand.
Develop strategies to enhance and maintain a positive online reputation.
Address negative feedback and implement crisis management solutions.
Manage social media and review platforms to engage with the audience.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to build brand credibility.
Requirements
Experience in online reputation management, PR, or digital marketing.
