Job Title: Junior Accountant

Locations: Lagos, Enugu & Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

As our Junior Accountant you will be responsible in supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian accounting standards.
Support the finance team with the management of cash flow, including petty cash and disbursements.
Maintain filing systems for financial documents and ensure they are easily accessible for reference.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level candidates are welcome).
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 net Monthly + HMO
