We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Technical Support Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

IT support specialists provide technical assistance to users of computer systems and networks.
They may work with internal clients or external customers.

Responsibilities

Install and configure: Set up and configure hardware, software, systems, and networks
Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Maintain: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Provide support: Help users with technical problems over the phone, in person, or online
Train: Teach users how to use software and hardware
Test: Test new technology and applications
Plan: Plan and perform scheduled maintenance upgrades
Document: Create documentation, including screenshots and video tutorials
Escalate: Escalate complex problems to higher levels

Requirements

HND qualification with 3 – 4 years of experience.

Skills:

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Ability to understand system interdependencies
Ability to demonstrate cybersecurity best practices

Work environment:

May work in-house, for a particular organization
May provide support to other businesses, customers, or on an ad hoc basis.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
