Sales Force Consulting – Our client is a Retail Sundries and Pharmaceutical Company with branches in key cities in the South-East and Asaba.

Due to expansion and diversification of their business model, they urgently require the services of self-motivated and experienced professionals to fill the position:

Job Position: Human Resources / Admin Manager

Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Develop the recruitment and selection procedures to include, appointment /confirmation /termination / resignation process.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities
Maintain employee benefits programs and directing the processing of benefit claims
Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining historical HR records through a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate match amongst personnel
Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend needed changes
Set KPIs with relevant managers and coordinate conducting evaluations and appraisals of all staff on agreed dates and schedules
Review, amend and draft job descriptions and qualifications required for job positions.
Encourage and develop employee communications and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job function, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.
Work with the Accountant and senior management to craft budgets and financial projections for the year
Ensure effective asset management/maintenance and allocation to various outlets and offices.
Map out clear HR programs and training schedules for effective capacity building.
Promptly close all manning gaps in the systems.

Requirements
Qualification:

HND / B.Sc / BA.
A minimum of 10 years of HR work experience 7of which must be in a managerial position similar position.
HR Certifications is an advantage.
Candidate must be a passionate about HR andPeoples Management
He must have worked or is currently working in a reputable companyas Human Resources Manager.

Other Conditions:

Applicants must be very hardworking, target orientedwith high level of integrity
They must be conversant with all HR conventions and the Labor Act
A Male is preferred
Candidates must presently reside in Onitsha or can easily procure accommodation.

N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
