Job Overview
The Senior Admin/HR Officer will lead the administrative and human resource functions, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and fostering a supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate will excel in payroll administration, employee management, and administrative tasks while driving innovation and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring cultural and role alignment.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Administer staff benefits programs, including health, leave, and recognition programs.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Payroll Administration:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Manage payroll-related documentation, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and pension remittances.
Conduct monthly reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
Training & Development:
Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Develop and maintain annual training plans and individual development plans.
Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Administrative Oversight:
Manage office operations, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory control.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all administrative activities.
Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of office equipment.
Oversee facility management, ensuring a conducive work environment.
Performance Management:
Drive performance appraisals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor and report key performance indicators to leadership.
Develop and implement career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
Budgeting & Compliance:
Assist in the preparation and management of department budgets.
Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
Proven expertise in payroll administration and labor law compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in project management and process improvement.

Salary
N177,000 – N224,000 Monthly.
