Job Position: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an ICAN-certified candidate to work as Executive Assistant to the MD of Emmanuel Bakeries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings while ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of commitments.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, presentations, and other business documents, leveraging your accounting expertise to provide valuable insights.
Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communication on behalf of the MD with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in budget planning, financial analysis, and monitoring of key performance indicators for various business units.
Coordinate with different departments to gather data, prepare reports, and follow up on action items from management meetings.
Support the MD in strategic planning activities and special projects by conducting research and analysis as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Statistics
Must possess Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) certification
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Membership in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is an added advantage.
Age: Not more than 35 years
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
