Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s & Creative Director’s schedule, emails, and meetings.
Organize travel arrangements, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate internal & external communications with clients and vendors.
Oversee project timelines, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Business Development & Marketing
Identify & engage new clients (real estate developers, architects, brands).
Develop sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
Assist in creating & executing marketing strategies (social media, digital campaigns, partnerships).
Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market research to position Springbrid as an industry leader.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3–5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative or real estate industry).
Proven ability to manage executives’ schedules and support business growth.
Experience in sales, marketing, or digital branding is an advantage.
Passionate about architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, or creative industries.
Excellent communicator with a knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and productivity apps.
