Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in developing and implementing innovative AI solutions.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems. 

Responsibilities 

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jax 
Preprocess and analyze data to prepare it for model training and evaluation 
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors like cloud platforms and distributed computing 
Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems 
Conduct extensive data analysis and prepare high-quality data for Generative AI models 
Evaluate and refine Generative AI models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements 
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research 

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience) 
2-4 years of experience in AI engineering or a similar role 
Experience with data analysis techniques, including data visualization and feature engineering 
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. 
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus). 
Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts like deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision (a plus). 
Understanding of software development best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git) 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
A passion for AI and its potential to solve real-world problem.
