Job Summary

Our Client is a leading property management Company seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and property management, an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee operations at the estate.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
Coordinate and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for short-stay guests.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, financial transactions, and maintenance activities.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements

Graduate in Hotel Management or any other related degree
2-3 years of proven experience in hotel or apartment (short stay) management.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
