Job Profile
As an Admin Officer at DreamWorks, you will play a multifaceted role encompassing administrative responsibilities, project management, and logistics supervision.
This dynamic position requires an individual with a diverse skill set, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
Technical Support:
Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, software applications, and hardware components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise
Team Support:
Provide support to various teams, including HR, Sales, and Marketing, as needed.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline interdepartmental processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative, project, and logistics activities.
Generate regular reports to update Admin Manager on project status, and administrative efficiency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement quality control measures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles, project management, and logistics supervision.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and logistics software.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
