We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Stage Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Stage Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all stage-related activities, ensuring the smooth execution of performances, events, and productions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with performers, technical crews, and management to deliver high-quality entertainment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all stage activities, including performances, equipment setup, and show schedules.
Collaborate with entertainers, DJs, technical staff, and event organizers to ensure smooth transitions during performances
Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly
Manage stagehands and other crew members to ensure efficiency and professionalism
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines during performances and events
Coordinate transportation and setup of equipment when necessary
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Stage Manager or in a similar role in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Experience working in a nightclub, live entertainment venue, or high-energy environment is an advantage

Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to address technical or logistical challenges during events.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining the quality and precision of all stage operations.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a nightlife setting.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
