Job Position: Site Administrator

Job Locations: Akwa Ibom, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to a construction site within Akwa Ibom State and speaking the local language is essential (Ibibio / Efik) .
The candidate should be an organized and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, equipment usage, and personnel attendance.
Manage site correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of site personnel.
Maintain effective communication with the project manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
Ability to speak the local language (Ibibi/ Efik).
