Salary Range ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
We seek an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage schedules, and drive sales performance in Lekki, Lagos. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work three days a week.
Core Functions:
Sales Team Coordination: Manage schedules, track performance, and support sales representatives to meet quotas.
Customer Engagement: Assist clients, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Sales & Marketing: Actively sell travel packages, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, CRM updates, reports, and ensure SOP compliance.
Training & Recruitment: Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales team members.
Operational Management: Ensure sales materials, campaigns, and company policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in sales or hospitality.
Skills: Strong organization, communication, multitasking, CRM proficiency, and target-driven mindset.
Bonus: Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
