We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Secretary / Administrative Officer
Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Manage office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Handle administrative duties related to estate management.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in property listings, client communications, and others.
Support staff with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education & Experience
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Experience in estate management or real estate operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Other Requirements:
Must be computer literate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Must reside in Zaria.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic graphic design skills (added advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
