Travel Visa Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive consulting services to clients on travel visa requirements and application processes.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
• Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies to facilitate visa applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless visa application processes.
• Verify and validate client documentation, including passports, birth certificates, and marriage certificates.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and information.
• Provide guidance on visa application fees, payment processes, and refund policies.
• Troubleshoot visa application issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, visa applications, and application statuses.
• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., international relations, law, or business administration).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel visa consulting or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of travel visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Location: Lekki

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 plus commission
